The heart of this initiative is maintained by Paul Heller (Penn State) and Sandy Gardosik (PDA). Together these two scientists write and distribute the Christmas Tree and Landscape Pest Management Newsletter (CTLPM), Weekly Scouting Report, 1-800-PENNIPM (Pennsylvania Crop Information), and provide additional educational tools for use by the industry.
